Long before the reviews, the awards, or the queues out the door, there were just two friends with a shared love for good food and an even bigger dream — to bring the real taste of India to Australia, one plate at a time.

That dream took years of grinding it out. Early mornings testing recipes. Late nights figuring out the business side. Countless conversations about what “authentic” really means, and how to protect it even as the menu grew and the customers came from further and further away.
